If you are not currently on social media, I am impressed!…and honestly a little jealous. You probably have a more positive perception of yourself, are less frustrated throughout your day, and have a lot more time on your hands.

We have all received them…the dreaded password notifications. “It is time to change your password”, “you cannot change to a password that you have used in the past 12 months”, “your password must contact a letter, number, and special character”…uggghhhh.
